Run at the Hockenheim Track (Formula 1)

There were 13,000 participants in the 4.8k ran on the Hockenheim Track - and our international students joined in as well. It was a companies cup, organized by the BASF. For the first kilometer it was very difficult to speed up as it was so crowded. Some of the professors of the University of applied sciences Heidelberg joined the first run on roller blades, but most of the students and staff did the running or walking competition. Has everyone been in the bus returning home, or were there any alternativ rides back home (no public transport available!)?

    i thought that the run was a great experience. We were able to interact with many other german people. I dont think that we would ever have a race like that in the U.S. on an actual race track.
